City of Port Republic
SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
In accordance with N.J.S.A 10:4-6 (The Open Public Meetings Act) and in accordance with Governor Murphy’s issuance of Executive Order No. 103 & 107, City Council of the City of Port Republic, County of Atlantic, State of New Jersey will conduct a Special Meeting on August 24, 2021 at 5:30 pm. Discussion will be regarding authorization of a referendum question to be placed on the ballot of the 2021 General Election and formal action may be taken. City Council will provide live stream capabilities of its meeting. The public is restricted from attending the meeting at City Hall. However, the public may provide questions and comments via live streaming. The meeting will begin at 5:30 pm.
Members of the public will be able to join the meeting which will include a period for public comment. At this time, any interested party (as defined by N.J.S.A 40:55D-4) will have an opportunity to be heard at the date and time indicated above. This information will also be available on the City’s website at www.portrepublicnj.org
