Harry Bowen Park is one of the city’s treasures, revitalized through the combined efforts of the City of Port Republic and the Port Republic Athletic Fund (PRAF). PRAF is dedicated to enhancing and maintaining these areas, ensuring more opportunities for youth and residents to engage in recreational and athletic activities, with the City’s approval.
